ifse design, build and fit-out award-winning restaurants and commercial kitchen facilities for companies across the UK, from high street brands to offices and B&I food and beverage facilities.

The Role

You’ll be working with the sales and marketing team on a daily basis to design and develop leads into projects, generated from the outbound and inbound efforts from the marketing team.

The role is target-based and ifse will also work with you to develop your own key accounts for future success. You’ll be required to confidently engage and effectively converse with key decision-makers and technical staff at target organisations.

You will input captured data and help ensure that data stored on the company CRM is up to date and kept to a high degree of accuracy. You’ll act as the account manager between the internal departments of ifse (including the Design, Estimating, Project Management and Construction departments) and the client, ensuring that our work is the best it can be.

Regardless of your experience in this industry, we will consider anyone with the passion to develop their skills and provide the best service. The team will provide full training to ensure that you are up to speed and getting the necessary support to be successful.


What We’re Looking For

  • Most importantly, you’re keen, eager to learn and looking to disrupt this market
  • Have excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to take a brief from the client and offer excellent design solutions
  • Enjoy working within a busy team environment
  • Have an understanding/knowledge of commercial catering equipment and all associated works required to equip a commercial kitchen
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software


What You’ll Receive

  • Discretionary annual bonus (paid in May) which is related to the success of the company for the year – as we’re an EOT that can be tax-free up to the value of £3.6k

  • Paid annual leave: 25 days + public holidays. Following the third year of service, leave increases by one day per year, up to a maximum of 30 days annual leave. Bank holidays are paid in addition to the above annual leave
  • You’ll be joining a young and ambitious Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) – meaning the company is owned by its employees and has a stake in the success of the business


Company Details

Work schedule of 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking available and the IFSE offices are within a 5 minute walk of the Waddon Marsh tram stop.
