Depending on the size and scope of your project, at least one of our attentive and reliable Project Managers will be appointed to oversee your exciting development and act as your dedicated point of contact, every single step of the way.

After the initial design and quotation have been agreed upon, a Project Manager will be appointed to join the remainder of the ifse team already dedicated to your project.
The Project Manager will coordinate and work closely alongside the Designers, the Sales Manager and the procurement department, including all of our contractors and suppliers to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly.
Initial planning stage.
The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of technical, construction and programme requirements to ensure a responsive and proactive management of the works.
If required, risk assessments, method statements and operational and maintenance manuals will be drawn up to confirm full compliance before the handover process. This is how we ensure maximum quality with complete attention to detail.
All aspects covered.
The client will then be introduced to their dedicated Project Manager who will already be fully briefed on all the necessary project information.
Our Project Manager will be fully focused as your primary point of contact throughout the process. There will be a series of site meetings to ensure all parties are working efficiently and understand all project requirements.
Demonstration and commissioning.
Once the build and installation are complete, the Project Manager will begin the commissioning process, including a demonstration of the facilities and equipment. At this point, O&M manuals and ‘as installed’ drawings will be provided.
