Established Staffordshire-based catering design and equipment supplier Bettaquip is welcomed into the ifse Group of companies, following an agreement to acquire the business, providing the group a stronghold in the Midlands.

Founded in 2004, Bettaquip has been at the forefront of the design and installation of commercial catering facilities across a range of sectors.

The ifse acquisition of Bettaquip creates a strategic partnership between the brands that will give both companies, and their clients, access to the combined service offerings, knowledge and resources. The Bettaquip client base will benefit from the assistance and backing of the Group which will support future refurbishment projects and enable growth.

Andy Bettany, renowned owner of Bettaquip, will continue in the business within the new structure as Sales Director of Bettaquip, alongside all of the familiar faces of the business.

Bettaquip joins the near 50-strong ifse Group which represents the largest employee-owned business within the restaurant design sector.

The acquisition represents a key pillar of the ifse growth plan to further cement the group’s status as the key restaurant design, build and maintenance organisation in the UK.
