What Is An EOT?
Like the John Lewis & Waitrose Partnership, ifse is owned by its employees as an Employee-Owned-Trust, meaning that every team member, no matter the position within the business, has a stake in the success of the business. After one year of service, all team members qualify as shareholders and have a say in how the business is run.
