The company was created in 1992 as a management buyout by the working directors of an existing catering equipment company. After re-structuring ifse emerged as a unique company providing the design flair of a top consultancy combined with the practical skills of a catering equipment supplier.

Staff turnover at ifse is very low, in fact many of our staff have been with us since before the management buyout and we have a wealth of experience at all levels. Our sales and design teams are second to none offering the best possible advice and expertise - backed up by a team of experienced project managers, estimators, purchasing staff and engineers.

We operate from modern office and warehouse premises in Croydon where all functions of the company are carried out from initial design through to consolidation of equipment before delivery to ensure efficient, on-time installations. We have a name for this service – Design to Implementation.
