Working in an ifse kitchen

Celebrity Masterchef 2009 chose the kitchen at Goodmans Steak House for the semi final cook offs. ifse fitted out this basement kitchen just before the programme was filmed. The kitchen includes a Josper charcoal oven and a dry ageing room for the steak, which is what sets this steak house apart from the others.

Fly through for a customer with 3,000 staff on site. We produced this visual as part of our initial bid to win the design competition. We then went on to fit out the whole restaurant including counters, furniture and all building works.

Goodman Steakhouse, named after Jazz legend Benny Goodman, is Russia’s take on a New York Steakhouse. There are already several Goodmans in Moscow and ifse were selected to supply and install the basement kitchen for their first London site in Mayfair….

Spaghetti House, Westfield Shopping Centre

The new Westfield Shopping Centre in White City opened at the end of 2008 to huge acclaim in the press. The Spaghetti House Group, one of our oldest clients, secured a site in the prestigious Loft area close to The Village, a world of designer boutique shopping.

This new Spaghetti House represents a significant move forward in both design and menu for the group and the re-invention of a well established brand. Ifse worked alongside Spaghetti House’s interior designers during the initial feasibility and “fit” phase of the project to ensure that we could accommodate a sensible working kitchen and back of house areas while at the same time maximising seating and trading potential.
